Reset your account password (OTP)
Reset password using the OTP method (2-step process)
- Step 1 (provide valid credentials)
- Identity confirmation through your mobile device OTP (what you have access to).
Please provide the current 6-digit code generated on by the time-based one-time password (TOTP) authenticator you installed on your mobile device during registration.
The associated account will have a name similar to "otp@persal".
If the account information matches what you had registered in the system, the information will authenticate, and you will be taken to the next step of the process.
- Step 2 (assuming a positive response from step 1)
- Identity confirmation through your "Secret code" (what you know).
Along with entering a password that meets the minimum security requirements, please provide the 4-digit secret code you entered during your account registration or updating your account information.
If the provided secret code is correct, the password you entered will be processed and become active in a few minutes.
